Ciociaria area is just a few kilometres from Rome, between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Simbruini and Ernici mountains. Through this proposal you can take part in 2 days excursion by MTB, e-bike or gravel, among lakes, rivers, characteristic villages, Roman antiquities and medieval monasteries. The starting and return point will be Fiuggi, a famous are of wellness centre, where you can relax and be pampered in the vapours of a regenerating wellness centre.

Ciociaria Bike&Wellness tour is a 2-stage route, for a total of 70km and 1200m of elevation, to be done with MTB, e-bike, gravel.
The groups will be composed of a minimum of 2 people up to a maximum of 8, accompanied by a local guide.

Day 1
Arrival in the afternoon at the hotel, welcome check-in and dinner.
Day 2 (about 36KM – 500M Elev.)
Breakfast and delivery of rental bikes (if applicable). We set off towards Canterno Lake. Through the beech forest of the Castagneti Natural Park and the Via Francigena del Sud (part of the Eurovelo 5) we will reach the southern coast of Canterno Lake natural reserve (also known as “the ghost lake”). From here we can admire the peaks of the Simbruini Mountains. We will begin the climb towards the characteristic medieval village of Fumone, where it will be possible to look the castle with its walls, walk along the narrow and steep streets and appreciate the good local food. Back on the bike we will descend again towards Canterno Lake, this time on the opposite coast, and through a pleasant cycle path, we will return to the hotel for a well-deserved rest and relax.
Day 3 (about 34KM – 700M Elev.)
After breakfast we go towards Arco di Trevi. Travelling along dirt roads, we will climb along woods and pastures, where, in front of us, we can admire the Ernici and Cantari Mountains. We will arrive at the ancient monument, known as Arco di Trevi, dating back to the pre-Roman period or the beginning of the Republican era (III - IV century BC). We will then continue towards Guarcino to taste some excellent local products. Refreshed, we will head towards Colle Obano and then enter the Pratalonga plateau, a green expanse, between Fiuggi and Guarcino, a place of pitched battles. We will continue towards the ancient village of Fiuggi and after a visit to its characteristic alleys we will head to Fiuggi Terme for the final greetings.
Tour includes 2 nights in 4* hotels, located in the city centre of Fiuggi, with wellness centre (1 Exclusive access included) and possibility to procure personalized massages and treatments (available upon reservation).
