Day 1
Arrival in the afternoon at the hotel, check-in and welcome briefing, delivery of rental bikes and dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 (about 136KM – 650M Elev.)
After breakfast, departure towards Sabaudia, along the seafront with its characteristic dunes and pushing forward on the fantastic sand’s strip between Lakes and Sea, until we reach the city of Latina and maximum evidence of Rationalist Architecture. Going inland, towards Monti Lepini, we will reach the lands of the Caetani up to the historic center of Sermoneta. A short lunch and then take, towards Sezze, the second climb of the day. In Priverno, we will find the imposing Castle of San Martino and the Medieval Village of Fossanova, home to the first Cistercian Gothic-style Abbey. Along the way back we will see a piece of history, Mazzocchio’ water pump, a great expression of 1930s engineering that allowed, and still allow, life in the Agro Pontino lands, and then return to the Hotel. After having refreshed ourselves, the shuttle will bring us to Terracina, and a local guide will drive the group for a fantastic tour of the charming and historic seaside town, followed by dinner and return to the hotel.

Day 3(about 130KM – 1500M Elev.)
A plenty breakfast and we set off southwards towards Terracina first and then the delightful Sperlonga. We begin to climb the gentle and scenic road, a cyclist's paradise, called "La Panoramica", and then proceed towards Itri and Fondi. From here begins the climb of Crocette or also renamed Cima Pantani (about 8km with maximum inclination of 13%), the milestone of this 4 day trip. Going over the hill we will arrive at the village of longevity Campo Di Mele, and after a short refreshment, the road will take us towards the Pastena caves and Lenola’s village. A long and fast descent and a flat stretch will be the preamble to the return to the sea of ​​Terracina and San Felice before returning to the hotel. A well-deserved rest and a shuttle will bring us to San Felice to enjoy an aperitif in the historic centre in the light of the sunset. Return to the hotel and dinner.

Day 4 (about 124KM – 1300M Elev.)
Last day, we still leave towards Terracina but we will immediately start climbing towards Campo Soriano with its Natural Monument, then heading towards Priverno and flanking Amaseno’s river, we will pass the villages of Villa Santo Stefano, Giuliano di Roma and Prossedi where we will stop for a quick lunch. The other bank of the river will take us to climb the last short hills of the day towards Roccagorga’s village. A quick dive towards the Pontina plain towards the sea and on the way back we will arrive at sources of sulphurous water, we will go through the forest of the Circeo National Park and cross the charming village of Sabaudia with its very famous bridge on Paola’s lake to return the Hotel and say goodbye "happily ever after".

Tour includes 3 nights in 4* hotels, located close the beach (with sea view rooms based on availability).
